Each term from the Agreement shall be construed independently and in the event that a court docket or other body of qualified jurisdiction decides that any Element of The Arrangement is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that part will be severed from the rest from the Settlement, that will proceed in full force and effect into the fullest ext
